Bienvenue! Welcome to your Year 7 French course! 

This course is filled with fun and engaging activities, quizzes and videos that will help you learn about the French language and Francophone culture! For example, did you know that over 300 million people in the world speak French and it is the second most learned language after English? 

By studying this course, you are going to learn how to introduce and describe yourself to people, talk about where you live and also express your opinion about a wide variety of topics such as food and drink, your hobbies and your family. 

French is a great language to learn as you will find lots of similarities between it and English, as well as other Latin-based languages such as Spanish and Italian!
