Topic Four (1.4): Watercolour study using two-point perspective
Objective
In this topic you will enhance your perspective drawing using watercolour paint. You will also create an extended watercolour composition of a perspective drawing of your choice.
Equipment Required
- A range of pencils: HB, 2B and 4B
- A large sheet of A3 paper
- A long 30cm or 40cm ruler
- Artist's fixative or hairspray
- A range of soft brushes
- Watercolour paints

Watch the video carefully and practise the techniques that are demonstrated.
- You can draw a new perspective study or use a previous drawing.
- You can also draw either an exterior or interior study.
- Watch the second part of the video carefully to see how to add watercolour paint to your drawing.
- Make sure that you draw on thicker drawing or watercolour paper.
