Module One

Welcome to the first module of your Year 7 Global Perspectives course!

Module One is all about developing research, analysis and reflection skills. You will look at humans and other species and determine the characteristics that make us human. 

You should work through the topic, completing the activities and watching the videos. Remember to check your answers.

When you have completed the topic work and feel confident that you have fully explored the module, you are ready to take the assignment.

We recommend spending 10-12 hours on this module (excluding the assignment) or upwards to 16 hours if you find the topics particularly engaging. Remember that the focus is on practising the skills rather than memorising content.
