If you’re having trouble with a technical issue you can click Help on the left menu bar, then select Report a Problem. Your query will then go through to our Help desk and they will get back to you as soon as possible with a response.

You can also contact your Student Progress Manager with your query and they will aim to get back to you within 24 hours with an answer.
