What Does This Course Cover?

The course is divided into twelve modules which cover one section of the syllabus at a time, plus an introductory module and a final exam preparation module. These modules are: 

  • Introductory Module: Bienvenue en Francophonie
  • Module One: Mon quotidien
  • Module Two: La pleine forme
  • Module Three: Une famille à l’étranger
  • Module Four: Faites la fête !
  • Module Five: Ma ville, demain...?
  • Module Six: La Nature – amie, ennemie ou victime ?
  • Module Seven: Bonjour de Francophonie !
  • Module Eight: L’école et après ?
  • Module Nine: Au travail !
  • Module Ten: À l’écoute du monde !
  • Module Eleven: En voyage
  • Module Twelve: Jeune au XXIe siècle
  • Module Thirteen: Exam Preparation 

Each module is subdivided into topics so that you can study the course in manageable chunks; this will help you to get the most out of your coursebook. The first page of a module gives a brief overview of the module content, lists the topics contained in the module and also gives instructions how to review your learning from the module once you have completed the topics. There are also links to the quiz and assignment for that module, as well as other helpful links to content you can download.

This section includes both the page references and required activities from your coursebook.

Grammar

We give you guidance and extra activities to develop French grammar.

Vocabulary

Here you will find opportunities to learn and practise relevant vocabulary. 

At the end of each module, you should complete the end-of-module Quiz to test your understanding of material covered in the module. This is a multiple-choice activity that can be completed as many times as you wish to ensure that you have achieved all the learning goals for the module.
