Actividad preparatoria / Thinking ahead
Go back to the interrogative pronouns (page 10) and orally formulate a question with each of the pronouns. For example, ‘¿Dónde viven tus padres?’
Escribir / Writing
Write a list with all the questions you would need to ask in order to get the basic information about a person (using the interrogative pronouns from the box on page 10). Following that, answer them all with your own personal information and don’t forget to write it all down!
Abecedario en español / Alphabet box
In this box, you can find all the letters in the Spanish alphabet (there are 27). Read them all aloud.

Now listen to the audio if you are unsure of the pronunciation of any of them.
Think about the following aspects:
- ¿Qué significa deletrear?
- ¿Hay diferencias y semejanzas entre el abecedario español y el de tu lengua?
- ¿Qué sonidos te parecen más difíciles en el abecedario español?
Consejo / Advice
Read this piece of advice about how to spell your name, surname and email address. It also recommends using a reference to a country, city or first name for each letter so the listener understands better. Why don’t you try and find a clear and easy reference for each letter of the alphabet to help you spell easily? For example, A de Alemania, B de Barcelona, C de Colombia, etc.
