What Does This Course Cover?

The course is divided into twelve modules which cover one section of the syllabus at a time, plus an introductory module and a final exam preparation module. These modules are:

  • Module Seven: Actividades Vacacionales Y El Tiempo
  • Module Eight: Planes De Futuro
  • Module Nine: Comunicación Y Trabajo
  • Module Ten: Nuestro Mundo
  • Module Eleven: Vida En Otros Países
  • Module Twelve: Un Mundo Nuevo
  • Module Thirteen: Exam Preparation

Each module is subdivided into topics so that you can study the course in manageable chunks; this will help you to get the most out of your coursebook. The first page of a module gives a brief overview of the module content, lists the topics contained in the module and also gives instructions how to review your learning from the module once you have completed the topics. There are also links to the quiz and assignment for that module, as well as other helpful links to content you can download.

Within each topic you will find the following sections:

Leer / Reading - this section will include both the page references and required activities from your coursebook.

Revisa / Review - you will be directed to activities in your workbook to complete.

In addition you will be given links to resources that will enhance your understanding of key concepts and give you the opportunity to apply your knowledge, as well as to audio files so that you are given opportunities to develop your speaking and listening skills.

At the end of each module, you should complete the end-of-module Quiz to test your understanding of material covered in the module. This is a multiple-choice activity that can be completed as many times as you wish to ensure that you have achieved all the learning goals for the module.
