Introduction
In this topic you will learn about species extinction and what is being done to try to prevent some species going extinct.

- Many species, both famous and unknown, are in danger of extinction. Use pages 34–35 to draw a mind map of ideas for helping to prevent extinction, and use the internet or library to find out what CITES and the IUCN red list are. Or you can produce a poster in this WebQuest:
