Working through your coursebook

Please work through the following sections in your coursebook, completing all listed exercises:

  • Page 24, Exercise 1 – Read the email on page 25. There may be words that are new to you. If so, take the time to look them up and write the meaning in your notebook. When you are ready, answer the questions.
  • Page 24, Exercise 2 – Read the instructions carefully. You are going to write an email to a penfriend in another country asking about teenage life in your friend’s country. Follow the plan on this page and use Celine’s email on page 25 to help you structure and write your email. You can use as many of the phrases from Celine’s email as you like.
  • When you have finished, why not actually send the email to a friend? It would be interesting to get their reply!
