Welcome to your Wolsey Hall Year 8 Music course! This course covers the key skills of playing, composing, listening and appraising music.  You will explore Music Theory, different genres (disco, military, classical, video game, country and western and African music) and learn how music is used within our cultures. You will also have the opportunity to learn about DJing! During the course, you will create music individually (song writing and composition) as well as deepen your knowledge of music theory.

You will work your way through six modules which follow the Cambridge Lower Secondary Curriculum.
