Module One Introduction

Module One is all about whether information is trustworthy and what is reality.

For the assignment, you will write a persuasive article.

The key skills you need to demonstrate (for writing) are:

Communication of ideas (W1): generate and communicate ideas effectively using different forms. Write engagingly for different purposes and audiences.
Structure and organisation (W2): plan, draft and organise writing effectively. Use clear sentences and paragraphs to sequence and develop ideas coherently.
Crafting of language (W3): create texts using varied style, tone and register. Use vocabulary accurately and appropriately. Use both narrative and rhetorical methods (techniques) to create complex texts.
Technical accuracy (W4): use a range of sentence forms and punctuation to create impact. Spell complex words accurately and follow grammatical conventions.
