Module One Introduction
Welcome to Module One of your Year 7 Maths course!
In Module One you will start by studying written methods for multiplying and dividing and then use these methods to answer real life problems.
You will also explore order of operations (BIDMAS), place value and decimals and rounding numbers including decimals.
You should work through each topic, reading your coursebook, completing the activities and watching the video tutorials. Remember that if you need more support or feel ready for an extra challenge, we direct you to optional Band 1 or Band 2 questions in the coursebook.
When you have completed the topics, there is a review to help to prepare for the quiz and assignment. You can retake the quiz as many times as you like. When you have achieved over 50% in the quiz, Assignment One will become unlocked for you to complete.
