Creating Collages With Colour Themes

To practise using the painting skills you have learnt this week.

To use paint in an imaginative way.

To practise creating tones of paint.

Smaller and larger sketch pads | Water colour paints | Smaller and larger brushes

Note: There is no video for this lesson.

Draw a fun picture with starting with one colour from your water colour paints, using a very light weight of line.

Keep it simple and don’t include too much detail.

You are going to add colour to your picture using different tones of the colour you have chosen.

If you have time, try some different pictures each using tones of a different colour.

A painting on a page in your larger sketch pad or on a larger piece of paper.
