Now that we've completed the modules on identity and relationships, let's see if we're able to apply our understanding to the scenarios we have seen so far.
At the end of each module the Review and reflect video asks you to give advice to someone who is in a tricky situation.
You can find the videos below to watch them again.
The two scenarios are here:
Alia said -
"I work hard in my studies and always try my best, but my parents seem to think I'm perfect. Now they want me to spend some time working with them but I'm really worried they'll be disappointed that I'm not as great as they think! What can I do?"
Mike said -
"I'm working on an online project with someone I don't know very well called Jake. I'm starting to feel like I'm doing all the work and Jake isn't doing very much, but I don't know him very well. What would you say to him?"
Your task is to respond to each of the different scenarios. Can you give advice to Alia and Mike?
How you respond to them is completely up to you. It can be in the form of a written response from you, or you could imagine you are responding to letters in a newspaper, or on an internet forum. You might decide to respond with a video, or with a radio show or podcast!
Try to use the keywords from the different modules in the course.
