  • A small A5 sketchpad
  • A larger A3 sketchpad
  • A long 30cm or 40cm ruler

  • Watch the video carefully.
  • Make sure you start with a horizon and two vanishing points.
  • Make sure that your vertical lines are upright or perpendicular to the horizon.
  • Start with smaller sketches and practise this technique.

  • Watch the video carefully and put it on a slower speed if necessary.
  • You are going to draw a larger composition using the two-point perspective technique.
  • Once you are confident with your drawing you can add shading and detail.
  • Your shading can also follow the lines of perspective to create more of a feeling of space.
