Module One
In Module One, which is based on Unit 5 in Echt 1, you can think about food! You will learn how to talk about what you eat and drink and also how to buy and order food in German. Key grammar covered will include use of the verbs essen and trinken, use of mir and dir, using ich möchte, ich hätte gern and man soll, and starting to use the perfect tense with haben.
There are 6 topics to complete, followed by two assignments. Assignment 1 is a written assignment and Assignment 1S is a speaking assignment. Assignment 1S involves a call with your tutor, so make sure you arrange this in plenty of time.
