What Does This Course Cover?

The course is divided into twelve Modules. Each Module is divided into the syllabus Topics of Number, Algebra, Shape and Data.

Each Topic then links to study sessions which further break down the material into more manageable lessons.

In most Study Sessions you will find opportunities to explore what you’ve learnt in greater depth. This could be via links to additional resources, including videos, or by providing downloadable materials that will help you organise your studies, enhance your understanding of key concepts and give you an opportunity to apply your knowledge or review what you’ve learnt.

Therefore, within each session you will find the following sections:

Tutorials

These sections include the introductory MathsWatch videos along with interactive questions and downloadable worksheets.

Interact

In these sections you will find references to the pages in your coursebook that you should work through.

Practice

These sections provide links to lessons on the MyMaths website.

Links 

These are links to resources that will enhance your understanding of key concepts and give you the opportunity to apply your knowledge.

 

All Wolsey Hall IGCSE courses conclude with the Exam Prep Module. Here you will find guidance to help you revise and practise your Maths, as well as accessing a bank of CAIE past papers and mark schemes.

At the end of each Canvas topic and study session pages, you should click the Mark as Done button. This will aid you in easily finding your last point reached after taking breaks from studying.
