Topic Two (1.2): Cells

Introduction

The second topic focuses on the building blocks of living organisms. These are called cells and, in this topic, you will learn about the different structures found within cells. You will also be introduced to the idea that cells can vary in shape and in the types of structures within them. These variations are all linked to the function or role of the cell types.
